The tenants of this house asked the landlord to look at the increasing gout gap around the bathtub.  A quick inspection from Hop To It and we realized a previous DIY job had removed some floor joists to install a toilet and the whole bathroom was collapsing in on itself.  We had to gut the entire room, install all new floor joists and subfloor and then remodel the space.  It was a tight job for a small room but we got it done and the improvements will see good returns for the owner for some years to come.
