The owner noticed some rot around an old window.  Upon further inspection we could see the old cedar shingle siding was also suffering and in need of replacement.  While we had everything stripped down we replaced all the insulation, applied new building protection and used a new low maintenance pre-painted ‘Hardie’ shingle that will last a lifetime.  A new window box also; and the home has a whole new look.
