This client had an old cinder block wall falling away from their house.  Maintenance for the A/C units behind was a hurdle, literally, as there was no gate to get in to service.  We had to demolish the wall without damaging the existing structure then built a nice redwood fence to go with the style of its Rolling Hills Estates surroundings.
