The client for this kitchen felt closed in by the overhead cabinets and was tired of the lack of countertop workspace.  A complete overhaul was required. We removed the obstruction overhead, created a great peninsula for people to engage while someone is in the kitchen and added a new storage area in the dining for those larger items for entertaining and extra appliances.
